We reserved the carriage house and another room for an entire weekend - our wedding weekend. The owner was rude to our guests, annoyed that we were getting ready there (even though we talked with him, at length, when reserving the rooms about how they'd be used for a wedding party). Extremely hostile billing policies. Agree with reviewer about "rip off" nature. The Country Club Plaza has a myriad of luxurious places to stay. Skip this one.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our innkeepers were very accomodating and we truly felt pampered. We were in the Mary Atkins room which while quaint, was quite small and on the third floor. The breakfast was delicious. Because we had an early seminar to attend, we were unable to enjoy one morning's breakfast; however, we were given a "breakfast to go" which was very nice, indeed. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick get-away weekend - it was fabulous! Each room is very unique with tremendous history. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful with a refreshing waterfall and outdoor garden. Only minutes walking to the Plaza. We would stay again and again!
