The staffs are friendly and good. They even upgraded the room for me from superior room to studio suite. My kids was so happy with the rooms. Thanks to the front desk. The housekeeper was also very kind and helpfull.If I have the chance to visit Macau again , I definately will stay in the hotel again.

No rice for breakfast, but overall the breakfast buffet is good lot of selections. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Place is quiet and relaxing very good for families with small kids. Hope to stay here again when I go back to Macau with my family.

Fantastic location, walking distance to casinos and shops and very close to the ferry terminal, however we had booked triple accommodation and the room was not ready on our arrival (4 hours after check in time). There was no coffee making facilities and breakfast was luke warm. Considering it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, there was no Chef to make fried eggs, only boiled eggs were available. Will look for a different hotel next time.
