cant wait to go back agianit was a great hotel for a family to stay. it was close to everything we needed.were going back in june .the price was great.its just a nice hotel right on thr beach.OVERALL

Unsure if I'll go backI travel to this area frequently. This hotel is small but in a great area just next door to the Cocoa Beach Pier. However, when using any type of discount such as AAA, government rate, corporate rate, etc.. they always want to put you on the lowest floor available. Best Ocean View/Beach Access &AmenitiesThe room was beautiful with a full view of the beach/ocean (I can say with certainty that all rooms have this view 'cause they only have rooms on the ocean side). You only have to pass over the dune boardwalk and you are there on the beach. It has a beautiful pool. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Ocean Side InnThe ocean view from our balcony was great, and it is in a great location next to the pier. However, the customer service was awful! Bad Customer Service!!!What ever happened to customer satisfaction? Doesn't seem to matter at this hotel. I made reservations a couple of months in advance using a coupon $69 stating 2nd-floor ocean view rooms only. This information was provided to the person on the phone upon making the reservation. Oceanside InnWe have stayed at the Oceanside Inn during all our vacations at Cocoa Beach. It is a small hotel, cozy and friendly. We prefer the smallness to the larger chains there. It is next to the pier with several eating places and the beach is moderately clean, as clean as anyother hotel beach there.
