Clean, great hospitality, very comfortable rooms. After leaving a sub-par hotel for BuenaVista Suites, we were very happy with it. It was well worth the money. The room was gorgeous with two flat screen TVs, micro and fridge. The employees were extremely nice and approachable.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We spent most of our time at Disney World and were exhausted when we returned to our room. The room was comfortable, very clean, and the beds provided a good nights sleep.

The pool is too small, but we weren't there to hang around the pool.

BVS is an average hotel, conveniently located in Orlando. Orlando is a verrry corporate town and this is a corporate hotel, meaning everyone acts stiff and wears funny uniforms.

Rooms are decent size but you can stay a LOT cheaper elsewhere (this is written May 2007).

This was my first time to Orlando, Fl. I did not enjoy my stay here. I checked on a Monday, there was no one to greet me and my family. We had to carry our bags to the room. The rooms are dull, drab, rundown and stinky. The help desk keeps trying to send you to a real estate seminar?? They try to bill for "broken pictures" after you check out. You should check your credit card statement when you get home and compare it to your checkout invoice!! There has to be better than this!

I went here last april for a trip and stayed for a week. It was great! You felt very secure and at home in your rooms and the breakfast buffet was very good. I really liked this hotel. The service was great, and I liked the security. You had to have a card to get into the hotel after a certain hour. It had a little kitchenette
so you could keep cold drinks and prepare food if you wanted to. We never did that since the restaurants were so great and not too expensive. Black Angus Steakhouse Rocks! Nearby ...

My son loved the pool and the morning breakfast. The front personel was very polite and friendly... Need to work on the cable channels, there wasn't any cartoon channel for the kids.
