Everyone was so friendly and so helpfull.
They went out of their way to make us comfortable. A chair was broken in the room they gave us a new and better room for the same price.

The hot tub had rust in it and cracked tiles around it. Sparks came out of the hair drier. Both problems were mentioned to the staff and they did not care nor did they applogize. The pool had chunks of stuff in it. It was very icky!

Great Adventure at Great price. Extensive renovation has put this hotel at the level of top hotels at economy price.
The hotel went through a half million renovation, with largest indoor pool in Gurnee. Also the hotel provides the greatest selection of honeymoon jascuzzi suites at best prices in Illinois.

Service is great. Owner/Manager extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. It's a great place for the price. I visit Great America every year, and I will make sure to come here again.
