arrived at noon; confirmed 3 mo. old reservation; rooms weren't ready so stored luggage. returned at 5 pm to be told no rooms were available! manager would not come out of his office; front desk person was rude, no one offered to help find alternate rooms.
I will never stay in a Summerfield, Wyndham or Hyatt again and suggest no one else does either.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to walk downtown and check out the sights. I was a little dissapointed because the website did not say anything about parking when I registered and I ended up having to pay around $23/day to park my car. I just wish the website had said something about that. overall the experience was good.
