If you are staying in the expensive Santa Monica area, this hotel offers a good, reasonable rate. Clean room, good location. Front desk staff could offer better directions and advice for Hollywood attractions, but other than that, I would stay here again.

Tired looking in appearence but friendly staff with some good free extras on top of room rate, gym adequate with some machines and weights station, free carparking underground, good central location some road noise on two sides quiet the other sides, free internet in lobby and wifi, no shuttle service? got taxi too and from LAX. The hotel was in a pefect loaction,the rooms were comfotable and clean and we had no problems other than the fact that they debited my credit card with$100 in error which i am still waiting to be reimbursed for??

Very pleased with this room. King bed in a nice sized room. Comfortable chair with ottoman. Desk with large work area which was great for using our laptop. Very fast wireless internet. Everything very clean and bathroom like new. Easy access to parking under hotel.

While the location is great and there's a real breakfast spot below, the price is a bit too high. The hallways felt dark and even damp, the carpet was old. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but not $20 more than a few others nearby.
If the others down the street are booked, I'd consider this one again.
