This is a very clean property. The staff was very friendly. The parking is in a parking ramp. The cost was very reasonable. Very nice Hotel.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the views outside our windows were breath taking. The hotel staff helped us with directions getting around chicago. The entire staff was helpful and everyone we encounted was very gracious.

I loved the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and bed was just outstanding and the view was breath taking. The room that we had overlooked the skyline of the city. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. We enjoy our stay at Renaissance Chicago and will stay at this hotel again in the near future.

The Renaissance is in a good location and the view is great from all the rooms (best I can tell.) It is so easy to get a cab right out the front door entrance. There's a convenient bus stop that took us directly to Shedd Aquarium and to the Field Museum. Also, two train stations are right out the back door. The hotel lobby always has a fresh ...

The Renaissance is conveniently located in the north Loop, adjacent to the Theater district. Inside, the lobby is elegant and tasteful, and the service is first class.

My stay at the Renaissance was great. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel was. It was walking distance from Michigan Ave shopping areas. Not to mention all the amenities the hotel has to offer. I had an amazing view from my hotel window. I would also like to add how clean the hotel was. If you are in the Chicago area and would like to enjoy what Chicago has to offer this is a hotel for you.

you get a Ritz type reception both from the staff and the condition of the hotels.the
spa is very good and the exercise room is terrific

Nice rooms, recently remodeled "rejuvinate" spa/gym area. Room service food was even above expectations.

Here on Business, Stayed in Jan/Feb 06, Spent a total of 28 days. The staff was outstanding, the took care of all my needs/questions in a timely manner.
Room Service was fast and the food was outstanding.
The pool, spa, and fitness are are very nice.
Located close to everything, within 5-20 minute walking distance.
Would stay here again next time in Chicago
