Here on Business, Stayed in Jan/Feb 06, Spent a total of 28 days. The staff was outstanding, the took care of all my needs/questions in a timely manner.
Room Service was fast and the food was outstanding.
The pool, spa, and fitness are are very nice.
Located close to everything, within 5-20 minute walking distance.
Would stay here again next time in Chicago

This hotel is in the heart of Chicago and is bursting with excitement. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. The hotel had just undergone a renovation of 553 hotel rooms and was worth every penny. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Chicago area!

It was a wonderful visit, i was very impressed by the staff and how nice they were to my family and me!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was nice and quiet, but also right there in the midst of downtown.

We had a few problems with the phone and there was some construction going on in the building, but we had a beautiful room and a magnificent view Chicof the Chicago River. Overall we had a wonderfull evening, and are planning to go back.

Husband and I stayed at the Renaissance Chicago. We were disappointed that the Hotel charged for Internet service ($9.95 per day plus State and City taxes) considering that most modern hotels offer this service as part of the package. I love this hotel. The fountains, the view, the bed, pool...the service leaves a little to be desired...but overall this hotel has a great location, the rooms are perfect, and the facilities are outstanding. Only thing is during the holidays it becomes overrun by children and families...eww.
