The greeting we received from this hotel was great - not surprising really as we appeared to be the only ones staying there. This was our first time in Bullhead City AZ. We had such a great time! We will return again next year. Bullhead City Inn and Suites is a great place to stay. They have everything you need. Thank you.

We were almost the last people left in this hotel, when the owner (NOT the manager. The manager, Beverly, was always wonderful!) started coming into our room. To keep tabs on us, she started locking the back doors, so that we could not park where she could not see us. And about that time, we discovered that my wife's jewelry had disappeared from the room.

We weren't too happy about the bugs either.

When i first walked into my room i found dog or cat hair in the bed sheets. The lady at the front desk got them replaced. But in the morning when me and my family started to get ready to leave my brother found fleas in the shower and when i started putting stuff away on top of the bed i saw them in the sheets too. For 99 dollars a night, i didn't expect world class service but a decent and clean room would of been nice.

Really nice studia style rooms with their own kitchen , I have stayed there only for about a week, but i was impressed.

Filthy carpets,
The carpet nearest the door was completely missing,they had lain a throw rug to cover it.
There was a trail of ants marching across the room.
There were no drink or ice machines working in the entire hotel.
The Air Conditioner had no buttons on it.
