Drove 1200 miles got there at 1:00 check in time was 3:00 had to pay a $20.00 early check in fee, the air did not work in the bedrooms sent someone to fix it he never could fix it. At check out had to pay $2.38 per day for WI-FI a computer they had in the lobby and tv in lobby we never used none of them. Hot breakfast the had bread and waffles(cold) you had to wait in line to toast them. Would never stay there again!

My husband, daughter and I visited Sea World in March and stayed at the Hawthorn Suites on Westwood Blvd. Perfect location. After driving from New York, we were beat, the staff was wonderful . We were able to check in early and were at the pool in a matter of minutes.. The woman at the conceige desk was very helpful and her directions were perfect.The room and grounds were beautiful. We can't wait to go back.

i liked these suites, very big living area and bedroom good size, two big comfy double beds, mirrors in room, ironing board and iron, dressing room area with hairdryer, and bathroom with bath and shower. kitchen area has small sink, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee supplied full sized fridge,
air con, tv with some cable channels, hifi. good, ...

We stayed here christmas 2007,the rooms were spacious and clean, plenty of food at breakfast.The pool area was spotless,lovely heated pool and the hot tub was ace.staff were friendly and helpful. We was able to walk over to seaworld which was just opposite the hotel what a bonus,great day out there.Your right by all the shops and plenty of food ...

My husband, daughter and I spent 2 nights at the Sea world location...We had no problems with the room at all. The staff was courteous to any of our needs, and they were even understanding that we had to check out a night earlier.. The breakfast was good the eggs were kinda dry, but everything else was perfect! Will definitely be staying there again...

The room was good and clean. Suite is walking distance to Sea World. Easy access to the fwy. Breakfast was good.

I would consider going back but please do not leave anything behind. We changed rooms and left behind a cell phone charger. Told them exactly where it was at and they could not find it!!!

I'm rating them a 1 for service but overall was good.

My family & I have used this hotel for the past 5 years. For the cost per suit it is hard to beat. Facilities are basic but the pool, and Jacuzzi are great for all the family and the breakfast is good if a bit repetitive. It is close to all parks especially Sea World (10min walk). Lots of places to eat plus takeaways, shop and petrol station ...

My wife and 3 children (all adults) and myself were very pleased with the Hawthorn Suites. We were hoping that it would pretty good based on the price. It turned out to be much better than we had hoped. Great location, nice big rooms, good hot breakfast, very nice staff. We will go back there on our next trip.

I checked in on Saturday, August 26, 2006. Stayed one night - thank god! The suite that I stayed in was dirty. The Sprinkler was very dirty. The sofa was in very bad shape. When I requested to speak to the manager (danny) I showed him the pictures that I have taken and he said that the hotel is waiting for money to do upgrades. Not the customer's problem. He just said that he would take a look at it. There was not even a Sorry given.
