We were two families with kids and it was a wonderful place for them, with indoor and outdoor pool, but best of all the sliding splash. If you like the beachfront hotels that's not for you, it's about 15 miles from the beach but it's a highy way and there is no traffic. The spa was great and I enjoyed it!

I thought overall the Founders Inn was wonderful. We had been hesistent booking after reading some of the reviews, but, were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of our room. The staff was attentive, friendly and always helpful, especially Walter. The food at the swan terrace was not only exceptional but reasonably priced. I would recommend the founders inn to anyone that wants a great value.

I was delighted with the location and comfort of the hotel. The rooms were charming and very clean. The room attendants were pleasant and helpful.The beds were extremly comfortable. I also loved the walkways and porticos and spent restful times, while reading.
