My wife and I stayed on the 4th and 5th of December 2008 and were very badly treated by the Hotel Staff.and Management.

I disliked that the cleaners don`t clear when you ask them for example I putted the note clean my room at the morning but when I came in the evening my room wasn`t cleaned! but everything except this were excellent! thank you!

this has been the best holiday of my life so far, stayin in this hotel. staff were all friendly and rooms were excellent. excellent view from room and food was the best thing. went on a safari tour booked through the hotel, which was a good experience and recommend it highly. would like to go back and visit it again.

Nice staff-not intrusive or pushy.

Good area-Hire cars and good bars just over the road. Shops within easy reach. Food is cheap in the bars but is mostly snacks. Eat in the hotel if you are after the really good stuff.
