A very nice hotel, near the airport, downtown and the port of Maimi. The staff was very nice. I would stay there again. The pick up van service from the airport and to the port of Maimi was free !

1) Said had a shuttle bus to pick up us at the airport. After calling them and waiting almost an hour. I called back to say we were still waiting and they said for us to catch a cab.

2)At the "Continental Breakfast" I asked for some drinking water and they said they didn't have any. What hotel doesn't have water in a pitcher!

3) What "Front Desk" doesn't have scissors??

4)Room was clean and smelled good!

Great location, friendly staff, fast and professional service, amenities are fine but man what a bad cigarette smell, the entire 4th floor stink and so did my room. I couldn't connect to the Internet, not sure why, I did not report to reception, too tired, checked in late, and left early AM to catch a flight.

Rooms and breakfast were ok, reception the first evening very efficient, the next day very slow.

Shuttle from airport/to cruise ship very good.

We would love to stay again if they had a pool and garden.

Was just staying a few hours before a early flight out at 5 am Great place to rest and quiet there. They offer free shuttle service to airport that was handy. Also place to eat within walking distance. I would stay there again if flying out of Miami airport

No one ever tells you to call ahead to a hotel to ask if they are under renovation. I just took a trip to Miami (6-24-05) and the Baymont was "under construction". I was awoken from naps by drilling on other floors, my pregnant sister-in-law had to change rooms from all the paint fumes in the orignally assigned one. Breakfast was ...

this place was nice and convinient for the price that i paid , the only disadvantage
was the evening staff was rude , but other than that nice hotel.

the contenential breakfast was great, but don't depend on the free hotel transfers to and from the airport or the port.

there where pubic hairs in bed, dirty carpets, shampoo was open I would not reccommend this terrible hotel to anyone!!!!!!!! we left & found a clean hotel to spend the night after traveling we didn't want to sleep in a dirty bed
