Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and courteous. Nice landscaping. Room was basic but everything worked, offered no amenities like coffee maker in room, continental breakfast in a.m. but there was good coffee in the lobby. Large indoor shopping mall across the street. Lots of places to eat, most within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

Our room was not cleaned properly - called front desk and was told they had fired the cleaning person. then why didn't they check the rooms!!
power went out at 10pm - nothing communicated from the front desk. only person on duty was a frazzled young woman. They should have had a manager show up within minutes.
could not move hotels - it was a holiday weekend.
