They serve breakfast on trays during week days. The beds are beautiful and so comfortable you want to lounge all day. Staff is friendly and bent over backwards to help us several times. They even map quested directions for us so we did not waste time. I would love to go back without the kids for some quality time.

I stayed in the Brookwood for one month consecutive on business. First off the location makes it impossible to make a right hand turn. This means every morning and evening a traffic nightmare. I have been doing lots of business travelling during the last couple of years. This one is really a surprise to me. With such low price(I bid on priceline), hard to find the same great quality anywhere else. Definitly recommend it if stop by Rochester.

THe Hotel staff was there for everything we needed and more.

Our family stays here whenever we visit the Pittsford area. The rooms are large & clean and the heaters have worked OK for us. The staff and guests are friendly and the prices seem reasonable. The wireless internet is a nice addition. We eat at the restaurant occasionally and it is good, medium priced American food.

The heater kept me up all night and the food was awful.
