Hotel is in a central location for the things we come to the area for. Room has always been clean. Staff is very friendly. Has truck parking as we are sometimes in a semi, and my pet is always welcomed here. We have been staying at this nhotel several times a year for the past 4 or 5 years.

This Hotel Needs A "Serious" Makeover
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/29/08
I will never stay at another Days Inn. I stayed at the Days Inn - Wacamaw. This hotels needs a makeover. Previously, I stayed at a Days Inn in Helen, GA. M experience was no different. The place sucks!!! The pictures on their website look great - once you get there it is a different story.
Many of the hotels that allow pets are not well maintained, this one was comfy, clean, friendly, while a bit dated, very acceptable. The clerk was very nice and there's a great restaurant, Fatz cafe, just nearby. We would stay here again!

What are they talking about?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/06
I was shocked to read the other reviews on this property. I found the housekeeping staff to be most pleasant and eager to help me. The continental breakfast could use a little work and the desk clerk seemed more interested in her cartoons than cleaning, even she was really nice tho, but other than that everything was perfect. New Days Inn turndown service and extra pillows was awesome!!!

Nasty !!!! Service and Room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/19/06
Looking at the internet is very deceiving in regards to this motel. The service was far from acceptable, the rooms were NASTY ! The toilet would not work and the room had a nasty odor. I would not even take a shower there. The motel advertises that it is being remodeled......in my opinion it needs to be demolished completely and rebuilt new. I will NEVER stay in another Days Inn, anywhere !!

Some security issues
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/04/06
I stayed overnight with my family at the Days Inn in Spartanburg. We were on our way to Myrtle Beach. The hotel description mentioned a recent renovation. That renovation was still in progress, and our room had not been renovated yet and was very shoddy. We checked in after 4pm, around 5pm a member of housekeeping barged into the room. She ...
