We stayed in one of the upstairs suites. The room was great for our family of 4. Mom & dad got the huge, comfy bed and the kids slept on the fold out sofa. I cant think of one flaw in the place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The grounds were interesting with several lamas on the property.
If you are going to Sisters, Oregon you should visit the Ponderosa Lodge.

We travel each year for a month through the States and this hotel was one of the best we had during our trips, very friendly staff and a great view from the very nice rooms. It was a great stay and we will come back. “Sisters” is also a lovely community with some very nice restaurants.
Wonderful setting amongst the Ponderosa Pines and lovely decor inside. Really comfortable beds, spacious rooms and gorgeous spa/shower area. Very conventionally located to Mt. Bachelor for a day of snowboarding. Sisters is a sweet town. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a fantastic place to stay - immaculate grounds, beautiful suite rooms, friendly staff. We have stayed here 3 times and have been happy every time. The new suite rooms are super.

We'll go back again and again. Remote enough to feel secluded, yet a very easy drive to Bend and Mt. Bachelor. The people make you feel very welcome and are always chearful. The suites are absolutely beautiful with river-rock fireplace, huge TV with DVD and VHS access, jacuzzi tub (that is enormous), huge shower with giant shower head, ...
