Queenstown was nearly full and everything overpriced, but this place advertised B&B rooms for $65. Well, turned out to be $75 when I rang, but I couldn't be bothered looking anymore. It was a dismal room barely bigger than the bed. Motel rooms were much nicer but for $125 also overpriced. Friendly staff and location are positives.

The Comfort Inn Melbourne Motor Lodge was a very nice hotel in a good location.
The hotel is located only about four blocks from "downtown" Queenstown, which is perfect to be near all of the dining, activities, and entertainment options.
