I didn't like anything about this place. Attended an event here and stayed overnight. The place is run down and the food is mediocre at best. The location is not near anything so you will feel trapped. The staff will pay little to no attention to you. I have stayed at many Hilton's in the past and this one pales in comparison. If you want to stay somewhere nice in this area, pick the Woodcliff Lake Hilton.

The staff here is lazy and acts as if you are putting them out by requesting any assistance. The manager was rude. My complaints were ignored by the general manager. Do not stay here. If you are looking for a hotels in the area, there are several nice options in Montvale, NJ - within 5 miles of the Pearl River Hilton.
