Just returned from a great trip to Sacramento and stayed at the Hyatt. Location was great. The Staff was outstanding. The room was above our expectations. Loved the soft spa robes. Breakfast that came with room was really great. Stayed in a King Cornor Room. Can't wait for our next trip there

This Hotel DID NOT hold our reservation. We reserved an "Executive King Suite", corner room. When we checked in we were told our reservation was not available and we were being "upgraded". Very enjoyable hotel, everyone working at this hotel was very very professional and polite. We will stay there again soon. Also my children loved the snacks and beverages offered by the regency club, they said it was much better than embassy suites.

I love Dawson's, beautiful and comfortable, old world charm. have been there many times for dinner, the food has always been great, and the service professional and timely. this place definively deserve to get more outside business!! they easily beat the surronding competition. go Dawson's!!

I had Brunch at the Hyatt. It was delightful. OLd School Service. My server Mary was charming. Very professional,a touch of humor,loved the NY accent.She made my children feel very comfortable.Just what you expect from a Hyatt employee.The brunch was excellent. Food was great. Restaurant very clean.I totally enjoyed my time at the Hyatt.Nice to see that good food and service is tops at the Hyatt.

We stay at this hotel at least once a year. It's great for a weekend getaway. Dawson's Restaurant is worth the trip to Sacramento and the Sunday Brunch is delightful!
