We were only there for the weekend but was able to take advantage of the spa..Wonderful is all I can say, will definitely be returning soon. Oh, did I forget to mention the lush bedding? I almost got lost in the down comforter.

We always stayed at the Soffitel when in LA, and always found the staff to be courtesy, professional and the rooms and service to be exceptional. The location is great for shopping and restaurants. Nice to open your window and see the sign on the hill Hollywood.

My mother stayed there in august 2005 and to begin with the first night they said there was no room although she had the voucher with her reservation so they sent her to another hotel.Then the hotel was in works the noise was from morning to night nonstop (they should be forbiden to sell a room in that condition).We hated that expensive low class hotel...I was embarassed since I sugested the Soffitel.Never more!!!

I stayed at there a few weeks ago and I'll I can say is "wow"! The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. A staff member showed me a model room of what the new rooms will look like...very impressive. I can't wait to see how the hotel tuns out. I was told that every aspect of the hotel will be new. Looking forward to my return

This hotel is so beautiful when you walk in the door the winding staircase and the lobby is filled with antique furniture and lots of sitting areas.
