The hotel seems to be beautiful and nice, but the service is awful, you inmediately realize you are in the 3rd world, I paid through Expedia, and when I went there they charged me again and never gave my money back, I spoke with managers, etc they did everything complicated to be able to "rob" me instead of making me feel as a customer, horrible experience. I will never go back there again..

beautiful hotel

This hotel has an excellent view of el avila, which is a mountain that goes thru caracas, and also a view of a local airport that sits below the avila. Plenty of restaurants and shopping with in the hotel. The service is great and the location is the best in caracas. I highly recommended. This hotel is fit for business and pleasure.
Spent 3 nights in January, while the hotel looks like a 4 star, if you have problems that you need to resolve (likely) you will remember this as a 1 star hotel

When I stayed here, I had staff knocking on my door at all hours of the night. No reason was given. The first time, I thought it was maid service, but instead, two men walked around the room, surveyed it, and left. After that, I stopped allowing anyone in. Almost everything, but internet

Luxurious, lots of services, excellent swimming pool, some rooms have new bathrooms, with all enhancements you could imagine. Weak point is the lack of broadband internet access in all rooms, and a very expensive breakfast buffet.

I think this hotel is underrated. This is a very good hotel within the city limits. Very accessible. The service is excellent and the cleanliness is superb.
