It was very dirty stains on the linens!!! No customer service. We had a problem checking in they charged us THREE TIMES and made account bounce and gave no compensation, or try to make their mistake right, when we confronted them they just where rude and told us the employee who checked us in was new and thats why she made the mistake. They needed to train her then before they left her alone!!! FREE BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL MILK WAS SPOILED!!!!!!

It was amazing! I have never before been to a better hotel! Thank you very much for this experience. The maids were always cleaning, (superbly might I add) and the beds were like sleeping on clouds!

We really liked the continental breakfast, it was yummy. We also liked the pool, although the kiddy pool was very cold. The room was spacious enough to put our playpen and the convienent patio doors made it easy to load and unload a lot of out son's belongings. The fridge in the room was vital to keeping his milk and food. Overall a great visit and easy to get to from the highway and our friend house that we were visiting!
