Positioned directly across the street from the train, some rooms are quite noisy. Banquet staff and general manager were embarrassingly intrusive and rude during our meetings. They went as far as berating our staff in front of our paying clients. No professionalism what so ever.

I don't write these as a rule, but I was very impressed. The hotel is in a GREAT location - could walk under cover to the large mall and to Skytrain. And Skytrain is awesome, I could get to the Granville Mall downtown Vancouver without getting wet!
My room even had a fridge and a microwave that came in really handy. Check out the breakfast, its better than you think it would be.
A bright spot in a very rainy place.

My daughter and I really like to stay here. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and e like the pool. Shopping is great, and it's fun to look out our window and check out the city.
Parking is great, staff are friendly. It's like coming home.

Looks like new so must be very recently renovated - clean - super friendly and knowledgable staff - attached to a humungous mall - attached to walkway to a monorail train that takes you right downtown Vancouver in about 20 mins. - what more can I say?? You can't go wrong with this choice.

I stayed one week in last June, 06. It was nice.
I like the location, especially the connection to the Metrotown Mall and the supermarket.
Also, the subway station is very close and a basement parking are secured.

I did not like the room size and the view from the windows.
