We absolutely loved our stay at the Glidden House. Five star staff, excellent accomodations for parties and such an easy walk to the art, history and garden exhibits. Little Italy, just a hill away, offers a fantastic taste of culture both in atmosphere and food. Room was a bit small, but certainly large enough to sleep and it was very clean. So ...

We love the Glidden House so much that we decided to have our wedding there! It was absolutely beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and there's nothing else like it. An elegant, comfortable, and unique Cleveland landmark.

I have stayed at the Glidden House twice. I am not going back. The staff are absolutely rude.

Housekeeping comes around at 8:30, and if you aren't out of your room, it doesn't get cleaned and you have to practically beg for fresh towels when that happens..

The place is beautiful and the breakfast is great.

The building is sub-standard, the staff doesn't communicate with each other, there's their moot - expect the unexpected - and I found taht to be true. The faucets leaked annoyingly so, and the decor is ainfully boring.

I was over charged, argued with, and let down generally.

Don't bother.

I have stayed at the Ritz in the past but no more. Good bye to the stuffy, dark, air tight hotels of yesteryear. The location of the Glidden House is the greatest. Nice dining facilities near-by. Love the airy boutique hotels, they are so up and comming. Staff and mangement were very helpful and demonstrated experience and enthusiasum. Even the guest were happy upbeat and friendly. I'll be back

Charming environment with a friendly european flair. The hotel has the B&B ambiance but the amenities of a five star hotel. The management and staff was very well knowledgeable and experienced on what is available to do in Cleveland. Exactly what I look for when staying away from home. I'm from the west coast and I'll be back! Good job!

We have used this hotel before. Great for convenience to Case Western and/or the School of Music. Clean, nice people, excellent breakfast, comfortable and quiet.

Stayed here while my son visited CIM. Very nicely restored property. Rooms are nicely decorated and service was great. I enjoyed the hotel artwork and the tour of the property I got from one of the staff. Stayed in the winter but would like to go back in summer to see the attractions nearby.

The Glidden House is in a very nice area of Cleveland.Right next to little Italy, where we ate dinner at Guarino's. A lovely resturant. The doorman was extremely friendly and helpful and that started things off well. Everything exceded my expectations. There was a plasma tv on the wall 42" that my husband thouroughly enjoyed! We were upgraded to a king size bed also which was very nice.
