This place is for locals only these days.....however, if you get stuck up here or something tragic has happened in your life, you will always be welcome with open arms from the owner and all the tenants.......sanctuary with a view.......raw local lifestyle........I like it!

Price was good, but I wouldn't recommend it. Didn't feel like the sheets or towels were clean, the pillows smelt bad. We supposedly had a non-smoking room, but didn't smell like it. Probably because the room was over the owner's living quarters where they must have been chain smoking. Shower door fell off! Definitely won't go back, there are other motels in Kings Beach with good value and clean, friendly service.

affordable and clean priced at $39 night is best deal around and $150 weekly with two full size beds worked fine for us. The location was ideal with all services within walking distance. Would highly refer others. Your information is not correct there is no pool but the lake is right there out your door. I hope this helps.

To actually call this a lodge, hotel, or even motel is a disrespect to the industry. This place is creepy with all it's strange people wnadering between rooms. I thought I was in the Haight Ashbury district of San Francisco. People were living at the place like they were in an apartment complex. Most of them had large dogs and plenty of friends. Good place to stay on Halloween !
