My husband and I went there for a special romantic get-a-way on May 18, 19, 20 right after the cruiser weekend ended. I booked the room on expedia for $70/night and it was well worth it considering the previous night we had spent in Reboboth at the Sands and paid $170/night for a wet room that was other wise pretty nice but not $170/night nice. ...

Will not go back - the negative reviews are accurate

My husband and I stayed there last weekend (May 16-18, 2008) and it was the only place where I could find an opening due to the popular Cruiser's Weekend. I booked the couple's package for an extra $150 and it was NOT worth it!! A half dozen yellow roses in the room, some coupons to lunch ($20 off) and dinner ($50 off) at Fager's ...

This was my first visit to Coconut Malorie, in fact I am just returning back home to PA this evening after having spent 8 nights there. When I booked it, it was for pleasure but fate and God had other plans. My mother passed away suddeningly and unexpected last week, so the resort really did come in handy. The front desk staff was very helpful ...
Let me start by saying I got an excellent price for staying at this hotel (almost 75% off). Also, I stayed during the off season, so my experiences may be different then others. But, even baring that, the hotel was just great. The room had wonderful stone floors, and a nice old fashion type look and feel (I don't have the best vocabulary, so ...

Never again!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/13/06
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful lobby and it's furnishings. That's where it stopped. The room keys never worked, the room was dirty, the floors looked like they were never cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting and the room was so hot you could hardly breathe. The hotel staff was not helpful at all. Luckily we ...

Booked reservation thru another online travel service two weeks prior to trip really good rates. Day of trip notified that they were over booked. Several internet sites still showed availability at 4 times the price.
Think twice with this hotel!!!!!

Fourth of July weekend, my girl books a room at Coconut Malorie. We are to meet other friends staying there as well. We check into the first room on first floor, water is leaking from ceiling onto the floor. Has that rusty color to it. Tell night manager, (it's after 11pm.) He gives us another room, someone has occupied this room. However, he ...

Nice but needs improvement.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/28/05
Great location-right near a very beautiful beach.Rooms were nice but not very clean. The cleaning crew needs to be fired.Sheets on the bed were not always changed, same as the used towels in the bathroom.Never consistant. Not sure if I would go back.
