The hotel staff was so very pleasant - from the shuttle driver, to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. Yes, there is a little bit of a strange smell when you first walk into the lobby. But everything looked very clean in the lobby.

This place was a dump! The pillows were rock hard, there was no crib set up as requested, beds are rock hard and they called and woke myself and family up at 11:30 PM at night. VERY RUDE!!! I would never stay here again for the amount of money! DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a King Size bed that the bottom sheet kept coming off the corners. There were three pillows, but if you put all the stuffing together it might have made one. It was advertised as having a recliner, it was there but one couldn't get it to work. The breakfasts that came with the room was convenient and adequate.
This particular hotel is not only conveniently located, but provides service that is outstanding. If you are concerned about flying hungry, it is your own fault considering the breakfast spread in the Rose Room.
