I made my reservations here for a nice night in downtown Chicago. From there, the staff wouldn't let my girlfriend check in before I arrived (one staff member even told her to leave the hotel grounds), billed the wrong credit card, charged me for services that I never used. Then they were unhelpful when trying to fix things. And I spend about 100 nights a year with their chain! Not anymore...

Elegant and luxurious rooms, great location, friendly staff. I travel frequently and this was one of the best Hotels I've stayed in years.
The staff delivered our luggage to the wrong room and we were billed incorrectly, both mistakes where corrected immediately.
They can use some help with the concierge service as the recommendations for restaurants where average.
I still think the stay was a great one , overall I was very pleased.

We loved this hotel! The architecture was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was fantastic.

The pool is incredible. Be certain to take a swimsuit because you should not miss it. It conjures up images of the Great Gatsby. Can't wait to stay there again.
