Great staff. Attention to detail. In a residential area, so no parties or noise. Great set up for the kids. Also got to meet people that worked at NASA since a rocket went up while we were there. They told us that Royal Mansions is the only place that they will stay because of the service and accomodations. Will definitely come back. Didn't want to come home!

I loved this place for the location. Close to all parks, cruise ships, shopping, grocery, fishing peer. Daily maid service, including towels. And continental breakfast and a wine and cheese reception!
WiFi did not work all the time in the room. Cable was out one night.
The price was great and easy to book.

new management has made this great, location cant be beat and we saved a ton of money with the real kitchen that is available. Other places promote kitchens but they are microwave and mini refrig, this place had a real stove, real refrig and enough space for the family to relax, we will be going back

The AC didn't work well, but I didn't figure this out until after 7pm when the Front Desk CLOSES! The bathroom had very little light, it was like taking a shower in a cave. We stayed here for a week recently for a family reunion. They downgraded us and 2 of my brothers because they overbooked. So we wound up with a smaller and older room with a poor view. If that wasn't enough you get woken up every morning by 9 am by the maids who just come into your condo! Aren't we allowed to sleep while on vacation? Next year we'll book somewhere else.

saw other post that 100 was high but we found it very competitive and considering the location it was great
