I have brought a group of foreign guests to this hotel for 2 weeks which is a long period. But I never felt tired and home sick, the whole hotel stay was amazing. The staff was really good and friendly, smiling and ready to accommodate every need we had. Rooms are spacious, many of them have a jacuzzi, the furniture looks quite modern and nice. ...
We were looking for a hotel for my husband and I to get away from the kids for one evening. Looking online, I saw that the HI in Fullerton had romance packages. I read some of the comments online about the hotel but decided to make a reservation and ignore the comments. I called around 10am on Saturday Morning. I asked what time I could check ...

Is this a Holiday Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/02/09
I cant believe this is a Holiday Inn. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns and this hotel tops the chart. Rooms are spacious, Room Service was outstanding, Rooms were clean and the Staff was marvelous. The staff needs to be Guest Service trainers at other hotels in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
It was my Boyfriends Birthday so I took him to this nice hotel with our seven Month old daughter. We thought the room was great very clean. But when we asked for extra towels we had to call 3 times and waited an hour to get them, We ordered room service and the food was horrible!! They charge alot of money for a frozen pizza they are serving. We ...
Nice things first: 1. The room was spacious and clean. 2. Location was excellent. There was even a Denny's in front (should have gone there instead)
Now, a few disappointments:
A refresher on customer service training might help.
1. Booking - We asked if the breakfast was buffet style, she said "Yes, there is order style ...

My husband and I stayed here for a romantic night after he returned from Iraq in October 2007. The room was not worth the $200 we paid for it. The bed and pillows were both hard as rocks, the door to the shower stuck and once you pulled it open, it would not shut. The jacuzzi faucet leaked so when we got into the room, the tub was filled somewhat ...

The service I received at the Chase Suites Hotel El Paso, TX was a horrible experience. The overall Hotel room itself was vey clean, spacious, and had all the ameneties you could desire of being at home.
When I visited our branch office in L.A. I will live in the hotel. In the hotel, I can feel just like home. For business issue, you can access the internet in your room via wireless ethernet.
My boyfriend and I stayed here on Aug. 13th just to have a romantic getaway. The room exceeded my expectations. We had a suite with a large balcony that had a porch swing and table w/ umbrella. We had a little wet bar to have our drinks. Refridgerator..sofa 2 t.v's. Spacious bathroom and the jacuzzi?? Well, let's just say the evening ...
