Horrible Service

I booked this Hotel using Days Inn customer service by phone. I liked the location and the price. When I showed up at 5:00 pm, my reservation was invalid. I was told they could get me a room for $50.00 more. I went to another Hotel, but Days Inn charged my credit card anyway. I complained and was given a business check to cover the amount 7 weeks ...

Nice and peaceful

I will be going back to Milpitas in 2 days and staying for the third time at the Inns of America. I cannot think of one geniune complaint, which after 16 hours travelling from the UK is a definate plus.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is fairly quiet so if you get the opportunity to have some time to rest you can do as it is ...
