I spent two weeks at this hilton in feb 2008 and was very dissapointed with the customer service. So much so that it dampened my stay there considerably. Love it and will stay often. You have to be careful on which floor you stay and the location of the room. Dont stay on the I-5 side, its really noisy until the wee hours of the morning and then two hours later the noise starts again.

The general appearance of the hotel was good. The room was clean and spacious but noisy. We found the staff was not very helpful with questions about local attractions. They charge you for every little thing - $1 for a local phone call, $0.70 per minute of internet use, etc..

It is nice and fancey,close to disney land has apool and Thier services such as thier TV has cable It comes whit a gama and It is a wonderful pace.
