If memory serves me correctly, this hotel had a "face-lift" about 2 years ago. The conference center was ok. The staff were excellent. The rooms were hideous! Thought I was sleeping on the box springs rather than the bed. (I checked - the box sprigs were even worse!) You could read the Commercial Appeal newspaper through the sheets ...

The bathrooms were gross with mold and they wouldn't even switch our room. They were even totally rude when we asked, like it was our fault or something. I dunno what the problem was but we won't be going back

They can't even take a proper reservation. I had to go to another motel at 11:00PM b/c they couldn't get it right. Pitiful excuse is the only way to describe it.

We live close to this hotel,and have had many dinner occasions here. This hotel has been remodeled and is nicer than before. Close to memphis without all the traffic jams,and unwanted persay lerking people around. Their are 2 eat-in bars across the street. Their is a sonic,wendy's,kfc,mcdonalds,subway,quiznos,mexican food,nail shop,tanning ...

excellent property, looks like it was newly renovated. Much prefer area over memphis. very beautiful lobby and conference facilities. staff was nice and food was beyond my expectations
