After travelling around the globe for several years we found on Barcelo Huatulco the place we were just looking for! Gorgeous accomodations in a beautiful landscape, excellent service, great food and nice just renewed rooms. We would recommend it on any kind of trip.

We traveled to Huatulco for the Second time. It was our 5th year Anniversary and it was the best. The staff was very helpful and the food was great, it was fresh everyday. I would definately stay at the Barcelo again! Highly recommended.

Overall, the hotel was pretty nice. It was clean and had everything they claimed to. However, the all-inclusive plan there left something to be desired. Drinks were very limited and took a long time to get. Hope you like Cuervo tequila because that`s all they have. Finding a strawberry ANYTHING (margarita or daquiri, etc.) was like pulling ...

Service was fair. Room needs upgrade. Sheers spotted, Draw drapes would not work,fausets need fixing knobs coming off etc,no evening bed makeup only 3 out of seven nights The evening shows were a plus very good in airconditoned theater.

The welcome staff was great. As soon as you check in,they have drinks for you. They were informative as to what there is to do in the area and the type of tours that were around. I would visit again.

Barcelo has the tendency to buy nice resorts (like Sheratons) and then let them physically deteriorate. Our room was dirty (especially the bathroom) and the faucet did not work. We call for maintenance and despite their insistence that they were sending someone to help, they never did. The cleaning lady also forgot to clean our room one day ...

We spent three nights with several friends. It was a very enjoyable stay. The location, facilities and service were excellent.
