Six pillows on the king-sized bed in two sizes/squishinesses and a down comforter. Big, flat HDTV. Yummy bathing. Really pleasant decor. Tip to business travelers w/sig. others: Two phones. Tip to longhairs: the hairdryer's in a black drawstring bag hanging on the ironing board in the closet. Tip to Marriott: if you'd put the full-length mirror inside the other closet door we could get rear views.

I made my reservation online and received a confirmation number. When I showed up at the hotel the hotel tried to charge me a higher rate than on my confirmation. I showed the desk clerk my confirmation number number, including the rate, but got no help at all. Be sure to double check your room rate prior to check in, it's no fun dealing with these problems after a long day of driving. The staff was terrible.
We stayed two nights here. It's a beautiful hotel, with spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds. The service was good; the front desk personnel were helpful and hassle free and a free shuttle took us to the metro station. We parked our car free of charge in a garage that is within a few minutes walking distance. And we enjoyed the pool (though the water was a bit cold) and the Whirlpool. All in all our stay was excellent.

Pretty good overall

Beds are very comfortable. Shower a bit weak. Soundproofing medium. Rooms were clean. HVAC older analog style. Hi-speed access good. Staff great. Bar had an uncomfortable seat position. Food very good. Pool great (3-4' depth lap style). Location is great (I work in the office park), but you must drive to get anywhere other then work.
