Why do they make it so tough to get through on the phone---it's very difficult to plan a meeting when it is impossible to get through on the phone!!!!

well we were never told that the keys will sotp working if they are close to any cell phone. It took about 20-25 min to check in once we 1st got there and there were no complications....... the keys wouldnt let us in the building or rooms, the door on the pool kept getting stuck and ppl thought we were going to get stuck in the pool.
No continental breakfast, ill sotp there just a fyi. go somewhere else

In general the hotel was just OK. You need to improve the maid staff and see that they clean thoroughly. The real problem is the restaurant. They fail to open on time and are always understaffed. They need MORE help!!! Sorry, but won't come your way again and we have been going there for several years........

This hotel smells, the bathrooms are old and the housekeeping staff can't clean at all. When we arrived we found hair all over the bathroom floor...mind you, if that doesn't bother you fine...but it sure bothered me. Everything about this place was excellent; location staff, the resteraunt/lounge and room. High speed internet is important for me and they have it. The lounge was smoke free and staff was very nice. Staff at the front desk on all shifts were polite, helpful and very professional.

Located south of 800 South, this hotel is a good bit further from downtown than you might think from its name, as the length of a block between hundred-numbered streets is quite long. Luckily, the shuttle-buses are reliable. The room was comfortable enough, but did have a strong disinfectant odor.
