We had two rooms booked, both were dirty. Hair and crumbs in the bed, open food in the freezer. Carpets with visible dirt and debris. Given two new rooms to find them NO BETTER! It is a good hotel for business travelers

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay in the hotel. After I checked in and got into my room, somehow I found myself locked my key in the car accidentally. They called triple A for me to unlock the car, meanwhile drove me to a local restaurant for my meeting. Next day they gave me a free upgrade for the second day. By the way, it is a very neat and nice hotel.
Nice Hotel if you wanna swim in a big hot tub, and chill.

First, the cheapest available room was the most expensive in a half empty hotel. Second,the key maker didn't work, and the teen/tween left to run the place alone at 9:30 pm suggested I drive around 'back" to access my room, which he would open for me, effectively locking me in for the night.
