The Embassy Suites Olde Town, Alexandria VA is an outstanding hotel given its price, location, services, and cleanliness. We spent 4 days there while sightseeing in Washington DC. The Hotel is across from the Metro and an Amtrak station. Our room was on the station side of the hotel and I never heard a train the 4 days there.

Great location, good breakfast and manager's reception each afternoon. Parking is tight and costly. Front desk was not that helpful. Comfortable room. Charged a fee for internet access.

Wonderful location for visiting DC area - right across the street from a Metro station and DASH bus stop (ride free to Old Town Alexandria all weekend). And the rate is much better than a hotel in DC.

I stayed here for Valentine's Day weekend, and I had a blast man. It was like living in my own apartment with my fiance. You got a fron living area, then a nice little bedroom with a KING SIZED bed...it was wonderful. I loved every minute of our stay. I would go back there again if I had the chance to. I recommend this to anyone who would want to go away for a weekend getaway!

I stayed here for Valentines Day with my husband for a mini getaway. The concierge was excellent. I've never had one that paid me that much attention. The room was excellent, we were suppose to have champange and chocolate covered straberries when I called the front desk they were delivered to my room within 10 minutes.
