I have no room to complain. My company placed me here for a week. As a business hotel, this is lacking. I arrived on Memorial day, from Kansas City, hungry, traveling alone. It was about 5:00. I pulled my car up to the valet, who, promptly took my keys, which I was kind of put off with, cause I am normally the type of person who comes and goes ...

Valet, not a plus.

The hotel itself and the employees inside were great! However, the valet was not so great. They gave us the wrong directions to the Zoo and tried sending us south when we needed to go west. Then one of them impolitely asked me for a cigarette while he was talking on the phone. I was already a little upset that we could not park our own vehicle ...
-Loved the location -View was amazing -Service was great -Hotel food perfect My husband and I came to St Louis for the Joyce Meyer Womens Convention (Purpose and Passion). It was an amazing visit and Hampton made everything that much nicer! We will look forward to staying here again next year!

This hotel is in a great location, especially considering the price. A lot cheaper than hotels just a few blocks away. Within walking distance of Scottrade Center and Union Station. (We had to walk b/c of the St. Patrick's Day parade on Market Street.) Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. The pool and hot ...
The location of this hotel is excellent. Though it is not exactly considered to be in downtown, it is closed enough to everything including the Union Station, and best of all every floor hallway has a straight view down to Gateway Arch and St. Louis cityscape. It does come with free breakfast, internet, and indoor parking lot. The room itself is ...
It's fun to travel when you can stay in a nice place with your pet!! The service is pretty good and the cleanliness if good. The location is amazing.

Home away from home.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/29/05
Hampton Inn Union Station was a second home to us while my daughter attend college in St. Louis. The complimentary breakfast, in-hotel restaurant, and the near-by Union Station, made this the ideal base for all our activities. I recommend Hampton Inn for it's family-friendly attitude and wonderful staff.

Great location, right in the middle of the city, everything is close. Its a nice hotel, its a hampton inn so you get the free breakfast buffet which is good. The best thing about this hotel is its location to surrounding things, and its accessiblity, near the highway, on a main road, easy to get to. One downside, to avoid noise, make sure your room is not located above the bar.
