I don't know why anyone would right a bad review about this place, as the worst things about it are probably price and location. I booked my reservation with my flight through a site like Expedia, so I paid $80 a night. We loved it once we got there thanks to my GPS! You can improve on the street signs pointing to this hotel.
Eating places are a bit tricky because of Route 1 where no u-turns are close-by but they are a few restaurants as we discovered.
My son fell in love with the pool and we enjoyed the coffee in the lobby.

This is the least expensive hotel we can find close to Boston, and it was also the one with free parking.

Amenities: indoor pool/fitness, complimentary coffee/tea/choco, free airport shuttle (didn't use this one), and some cookie to boot.

Hotel room is kind of small, but overall nice, clean and comfortable to stay in.

And one more thing: free wireless internet.

We were looking for something closer to downtown Boston - service was average - no restaurant!! No good eating places near by and walking was impossible.

There are a couple of reason it seems the worst to me.
1. The ceiling was leaking with water, so that we had to change another room.
2. The room soundproof is so bad, so my young son(11years old) and I had been bothered thru the wall by sexual moan.
3. It is too difficult to find and get into the enterance. Sign board is standing on improper place.
