Coco Plum is like the way Florida use to be before everything was "sterilzed" and artificial. It is truely back to nature the way vacations are suppose to be. Low stress. laid back, informal! In this world of high tech and crowds what a great place to escape the real world. Vacations here are always too short but does prepare one to go back to reality. I highly recommend for the tired and stressed!

I absolutely loved this place!!!! Yes, the units did seem to be "well-used" but were what I expected as VACATION RENTALS in Margaritaville . They were not the Ritz, but were clean, had everything we needed, and honestly..... I am not in the Keys for my room, but for the water, sunshine, and seafood. Save your money, place looks nothing like it does on their website. Extremely run down and dirty. Has potential, but not in the current state it is in!

I rented this place soley via the information and pictures I got off their web site, which does look great! Upon arrival my jaw dropped. The grounds were very run down, the rooms were adequate at best, but the biggest dissapointment was the beach and water. It was well-advertised, but not a well-cleaned or well-maintained villa.
We found the exterior to be as shown, but the interior was pretty dirty and run-down.
We enjoyed the beach location (right on the Atlantic Ocean), and I would actually go back, but make sure the staff knows you're expecting it to be CLEAN and MAINTAINED.
