best condo rental ever!I loved this condo rental. It was the best one we have been to in the Flordia Keys. It had a great pool, ocean view with a sandy beach, screened balcony and friendly people and what really matters is the beds! They were so comfy!I fell asleep instantly!I highly recommend this condo rental. It was truely a great experience for our family. It was the way to go.5 of 5 Yahoo! Beware is right!Don't stay at this place-if you do you will be disappointed. There are others nearby that are much better cared for, and for the same price, with better views. These buildings are old, made of wood and have been thru many hurricanes. I doubt if the "satisfied" letters were really written by people who have stayed there- maybe written ...3 of 6 Yahoo! We're planning next year's trip.We loved the casual, laid back feeling at CocoPlum. Our condo on the beach had a gorgeous view. Our children became friends with other children while playing in the pool and on the beach. CocoPlum is conveniently located near stores, restaurants and attractions. AWESOME VACATION SPOTIt was very relaxing, the pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful, the tropical plants and all the little crabs they were all awesome, and the place was nice and clean. FAMILY HAVENI spent 10 days at the cocoplum with my wife and 21 month old daughter and loved every minute of it. The manager, Merrily, laments not having a boat access, but I'm a boater and I can tell you what comes with a boat is noise and smell. How would you like it if I fired twin mercs at 4:30 next to your condo.

Second Time AroundThis was our second stay at Cocoplum and we love it!! We have kids and for the money you cannot beat this place. I would rather spend my money on activities for my family. No, it is not an ultra fancy place with all the fine trimmings. The units are clean and practical and have that "lived in" look and feel and that's what I like ...8 of 8 Yahoo! We love Cocoplum!We love Cocoplum. We have been there many times before with and without our children. The accomodations are perfect. It is so convenient to have a full kitchen and our own washer and dryer at our unit. The ocean views are spectacular. There is a beautiful private beach which is unusual for the Keys. We also like the pool area and hot tub.

Love It, What a Tropical ViewIt was very roomy and comfortable, exteremly clean. We enjoyed the beach and pool, as well as sitting on our private screened in porch. There barbaque grills if you wanted to cook out, as well as a fully equiped kitchen, even a washer and dryer for each unit. What you see on the website is what you get and more. Fantastic!We loved the place! It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant,helpful and even offered us fishing equipment if we needed it. The accommodations were so clean & inviting as well as the tropical atmosphere.
The pool and hot tub were so nice right by the beach.

Mother's Day in the Florida KeysWe had a wonderful stay in May 2006 in a quiet condo directly on the beach in Marathon, Florida. The staff was courteous and helpful and the grounds were beautiful, lush, tropical......just what you would want and expect for a relaxing time in the Florida Keys. The unit we stayed in had a nice functional kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, screened-in porch and just a few steps from the pool and beach. Would go back in a heartbeat.4 of 4 Yahoo!
