I have stayed at this hotel before and the customer service NEVER improves. You can say, "good morning, how are you?" and not get a response. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! DO NOT stay on the street side, unless you don't want to sleep.

I have been staying at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year for about 4 years. The staff is great and the rooms are neat and clean.
