I stayed here for two weeks between March and April 2008 and was very pleased. The location is great, the room was well cleaned cleaned every day, the receptionists are very helpful (i had to borrow a corkscrew twice).

I'd definitely go back or recomend it to friends.

We had a blast! They are right on the Rose Parade Route! no need to camp out in the cold!

It is a short drive to the center of the city for shopping and dinning. had good service and not a bad price.. check out the flea market at the rose bowl!

This was by far the worst room I have ever had. The room and bath were filthy and in need of repair. The service was non existant and we had to finally ask to have the linnen changed after three days. In room coffee service was never cleaned, but then again it was also never replenished either.

The really sad part is this was a handicapped room. ...

Had to go to Office for an Iron,two people in Office..No Help ! "Dump "
