In their defense...The hotel was previously run by a BAD operator who didn't keep up with industry standards and let the place go. The hotel was purchassed by a new group about a year ago and they have made so many nice improvements. I overheard someone say the lobby alone was a $300,000 renovation. NOT VERY GOOD, BUT CLOSE TO MY DESTINATIONI RESERVED A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND WAS GIVEN A SMOKING ROOM THAT SMELLED LIKE AN ASHTRAY. FRONT DESK CLAIMS THAT WAS ONLY 2-BED ROOM AVAILABLE.
