Some of the rooms face an interior atrium that has a bar playing loud music until 10:30pm. After my stay I filled out a survey and complained. Afterwards the hotel sent me an email asking about the situation. I replied with this but never heard back:

Hubby and I stayed one night at the Woburn Hilton. We were exhausted when we checked in but the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and the bed was to die for! Soooo comfy I didn't think we'd be able to get out of it the next morning. They had all the little freebies in the bathroom: shampoo, mouthwash, ...

I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay. Every interaction with hotel staff was conducted with courtesy and sincerity. Room service was prompt and check in/check out was a breeze. This is my choice when I travel to the Boston area.
