We arrived from Bali where we were bit by bedbugs 3 nights out of 5. I took my flashlight and checked near the bed where the floor meets the wall. The space was extremely dusty and I found 7 bedbugs which we brought to the front desk. They asisgned two more rooms and I found bedbugs in all three rooms. They finally gave us a tower room which was newer and had no bedbugs.

I have gotten to stay here twice and enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. A good selection of cable channels. Security is very good. Gym was somewhat basic but had everything you probably want. Pool was full of loud kids, but the hotel can't control that. Unlike several other reviewers, I found the breakfast buffet to be fine with enough selection for most tastes.

Sheraton is nice place to holiday....honeymoon...have a good staff.
but what make me disappointed is that..... I've already booked for deluxe room - smoking room, but the hotel give me the non-smoking room. when asked, they said all smoking room are fully occupied, but when I check the hotel occupancy on that particular day was not full occupied. others facility are OK.
need to improve their breakfast food.

Sheraton provides the special the golden atmosphere
for the guest and the employee and even the trainee there.why not? i was a trainee there for 6 moths in front office department.Mr Asep Supardi is the humble and nice manager in leading the policy and the system, besides, the training coordinator Mrs Ati Rokaya was very care for us and all,without any discrimination.Thanks for Mrs ani and Miya for your help.

i have made several trips to Bandung, and this hotel is a must go one (i have always booked it). I seriously recommend travelers to stay here. I love the Bali atmosphere that they have in Sheraton, Bandung...and the massage service, just heaven...the breakfast is not at the finest quality, but lotz better than other places...But you'd love the ...

its a nice nice hotel. of course, its 5* hotel right, lol. well i like the friendly staff, they treat all the same. how can i say that?? cuz i went to sheraton to check in in the raining nite, all wet, wear sandals...and they just hurry up to give me room cuz im freezing.

the room was great, clean, cozy bed. all was okay.
the only problem is i keep get lost in this hotel. ALWAYS!!! hahahaha yeah its a bit confusing.

Stayed at the Towers three times and loved it everytime. Swimming pool's nice if the weather's not too cold. Staff were friendly -guess it's a cultural thing.
