We stayed there for a week in April with a one-year old. The beach was nice and safe for kids. But we were
put off so many times by not-so-good service. If they claim to be a high-end hotel, they have to work on their service. We wished we had stayed at Four Seasons... It's not worth spending $500 per night there. We will never go there again, any other Fairmont for that matter. We were that disappoited.

Great location, secluded and yet accessible - would go back in a heartbeat. Whether was fabulous, room was clean and comfortable overlooking the golf course next door. Wonderful!!

After reading many of the reviews online I had great expectations and they were NOT MET.

The staff wakes up thinking of ways to help, and goes to sleep thinking of even better ways. The grounds are beautiful, clean and crisp. The staff can't be helpful enough, and the services provided easily out weight the extra cost of staying here. There is no where else on the Island we would even consider staying.
